Many people could not fill up the form in correct way because of lacking the proper knowledge and devices. If you are also going through confusion, then you are under the right post. Today, I am going to explain the method of fill up the form online.
Required Documents and Information:
- Recent Passport Size Photo (350x350 px)
- Scan copy of Signature
- Scan Copy of Citizenship Certificate
- Scan Copy of Transcript/Character of HSEB and Bachelor Level
- TU Registration Number
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Name of Father and Mother
- Date of Birth
- Elective/Optional Course Code
- Bank Voucher of Fee Payment
How to reduce the size of my Documents if they are more than 300 KB?
If your file size is more than 300 kb then the system/software will not accept your document, so you have to reduce the file size and make them less than of 300kb. For reducing the file size, please follow the following steps:
In Windows Computer
- Right Click on Photo
- Select Edit
- It redirects you to the MS-Paint program.
- Click on Resize
- Now put the value like 50, 70, 80 whatever you want and hit OK then Save the image. You can reduce the size till you get the required size (less than 300kb)
- You can simply download Photo & Picture Resizer from Google Playstore.
- From that Application you can reduce and crop in your desired size
How to reduce the size of my Documents if they are more than 300 KB?
After having these documents and information, you can now proceed to form fill up. Please follow the following steps:
- Go to your web browser and in address bar type: https://exam.tufohss.edu.np
- Now Click on Register
- Fill up the registration form correctly and then click on Register button.
- Then you have to put the OTP code sent to your mobile and Click on Verify OTP.
- Now after phone verification proceed to login: https://student.tufohss.edu.np
- Now fill up all the details like Personal Details, Contact Details and Education Details.
- After completion, go to Register Exam.
- Select your exam type and subjects/courses then hit Save.
- Finally upload the bank voucher of your fee payment then submit the application.
- Wait for your application approval.

Other Important Notes:1. You need to have your registration number as well ( not mentioned in video ) 2. Select DOB in Nepali , it will automatically converts the date in English but date would not get converted in Nepali if you select DOB in English at first. 3. If you are unable to register exam (Msg: Please contact college to approve your details), wait for a while and try again after some times then you will see the message your details has been approved by college then you can register exam. 4. If you are giving back papers of II semester as well regular exam of IV then no necessary to register two forms separately, you can fill up through single form. 5. Do upload required documents properly of size less than 300 kb. 6. After your all the details (with fee payment) approved, you can get your admit card after 7th, Poush 2079 using the same portal and same username and password. 7. Do not get confused regarding the interface of Entrance Exam Application and this exam application. Make sure there is https://exam.tufohss.edu.np in your address bar while registering and https://student.tufohss.edu.np during and after login.
